A few great gems

When purchasing the book one needs to let go of preconceived notions of personal development and their own objective experiences. If not, the authors writing and experiences could get under ones skin. Especially during the first part of the book.
Reading it through the second time without taking in previous experience or knowledge will allow one to truly garnish what the author is trying to portray and where one will recognize the true gems of the book.
The videos provided will give one a fresh understanding of what's really going on. Most Esoteric Writers, Martial Art Masters, and Yoga traditions all touch base in some form or another in regards to the material. But nobody paints a clear picture as Michael has done is book and the videos, and taking it a step further.
Videos are a highlight to the book and tie things in nicely.
However, to get the true simplicity and value of this book is to do the exercises and know thyself. This takes a ton of work and unfortunately most will bypass this and not experience the gems that the author has laid out.

Great book full of information that will change your life. It comes with 17 videos and is worth watching all of them. The preview doesn't do this book any justice. This book replaced over 80 books in my library.

Best Book ever

Great book about engineering reality, this book will change your life and the way you see life itself. Teaches about Ego, how to connect with the universe & its beings, living life by Unconditional love. I read this book more than once and never gets old. I recommend everyone who is looking a way out of the being negative and connect to a better living and interacting with nature. Trust me you will not regret this. Its a true eye opener.
